Tanja Djordjevic
Grants and Administration Manager
Tanja Djordjevic is an experienced administrative and finance professional with over 18 years of expertise in international organizations and companies. Until recently, she worked at the Open Society Initiative for Europe in Barcelona, where she was responsible for finance administration, grants management, budgeting, contracts, and event organization. After a decade of contributing to OSF’s mission, the office closed, marking the end of this chapter in her career.
Born and raised in Belgrade, Tanja graduated in Spanish Philology from the University of Belgrade. She later earned an MBA, further strengthening her expertise in business administration and management. Her love for languages and culture led her to Spain, where she lived in Madrid before returning to her home country. Eventually, love brought her back to Spain, settling in Barcelona, a city she now calls home.
Before OSF, Tanja worked at the United Nations as a Programme Assistant, overseeing grant administration and providing key administrative support. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and Catalan, with Serbian as her mother tongue. In her free time, she enjoys exploring nearby beaches and diving into books on spirituality.
